ROLLERMILL ROLL REPAIR

Here are the procedures we follow for the rolls coming to our workshop for repair.

• Visual inspection are made of the roll body and shafts at the time of arriving to our workshop
• Surface grinding of rolls: Smooth for cracking rolls - Crown cambering for smooth rolls.
• Corrugation of cracking rolls and sand blasting of smooth rolls.
• After finishing, rolls are oiled with special oil and wrapped with special paper to protect from rust.
• Rolls are packed with wooden cases.
